• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹599 (India only).

• Orders below ₹599 will have a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.

• You can track your shipment via our delivery partner’s website.

5. Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver across India.

• International shipping is not available at the moment.

6. Delays

• Nutrastic is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

• We will make every effort to inform you if a delay occurs.

7. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

• Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing an order.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
